How Does It Work?
Customers accumulate stamps by completing qualifying activities, such as making purchases or engaging with your brand. Once they have collected enough stamps, they can redeem them for the free product you have set up as a reward.
For a customer they simply add the product.which is the free gift to the cart. then they go to their widget > ways to redeem > Free (what the products ) reward
How to set up a Free Product Reward
Follow these steps to create and configure a Free Product Reward in your Appy Stamp dashboard:

Navigate to Rewards
Go to your Appy Stamp dashboard and select Program > Stamp program > ways to redeem. -
Add a New Reward
Click on Add ways to redeem and select the Free Product Reward option. -
Reward Details

Select the Product
Choose the specific product that customers will receive for free when they redeem this reward.

Define how many stamps customers need to collect to redeem the free product. You can specify this as a fixed number of stamps or completed stamp cards.

Discount value: Add the total cost of the gift you want to give as a free gift. Be sure to add the correct value or it wont award the. gift without the exact value.

Reward Status and Visibility
Set the reward status to Active to make it available to customers or Disabled if you want to hide it temporarily. -
Save the Reward
Review all settings and click Save to add the free product reward to your program.
