A Free Shipping Reward allows customers to redeem their collected stamps for free shipping on their orders. By removing delivery costs, this reward provides an extra incentive for customers to complete purchases and return to your store.
How Does It Work?
Once a customer has accumulated enough stamps or completed the required number of stamp cards, they can redeem them for the reward.
To redeem the reward, the customer can open the loyalty widget, navigate to Ways to Redeem, and select the Free Shipping reward. They can then choose to apply the discount automatically at checkout or save the coupon to use at a later time.How to Set Up a Free Shipping Reward
How set up a free product reward

Navigate to Stamp program
Go to your Appy Stamp dashboard and select Program > stamp program > ways to redeem -
Add a New Reward
Click on Add Reward and select the Free Shipping Reward option.
Reward Details

Select whether you want customers to redeem stamp cards or stamps

select the total number that is required for redemption

Reward expiry
You can set if you want the reward to expire, a drop down menu will appear where you select a set amount of time when the reward expires.

Auto-redeem
select this if you want customers to automatically be rewarded the free shipping coupon if they earn the desired stamps.

Reward Status and Visibility
Set the reward status to Active to make it available to customers or Disabled to hide it temporarily. -
Save the Reward
Review all settings and click Save to add the free shipping reward to your program.
