Once you’ve set everything up, you can save the workflow and turn it on. Finally, it should look like this: VIP Tier Change The set up for VIP tier change is the same apart from choosing the other action once you’ve selected a trigger. You can select which tier the customer gets once the trigger is activated. Note: You will need to use the tier ID number thats assigned to the tier you want to give. You can get your tier IDs from the VIP Program settings inside our loyalty app. Once set up, it should look something like this. You can save the workflow and then turn it on.

JudgeMe and Appy Stamp

JudgeMe is a popular review management app used by many Shopify stores that helps you ask for reviews on your store. What can the integration do? Once you have installed the integration into your Appy Stamped admin, you will be able to do the following. - Allow you to reward your customers with stamps for completing reviews. Important requirements You need to be on the Awesome plan or similar to be able to use the integration. This is because we have to use JudgeMe webhooks for our integration to work, and they only allow these on their paid plans. If you try to connect on a free plan, the app will not install. How to install the JudgeMe integration 1. Head to the integration section within the Appy Stamped admin 1. Click on Connect for the JudgeMe app. 2. Click to JudgeMe and this will open up a popup that allows you to confirm you authorise us to connect to your JudgeMe account 1. If you are presented with a JudgeMe login screen, you will need to log in first and it will take you to your app home screen inside the popup. 1. Close the popup and then you’ll need to repeat the steps above. This is due to a limitation on the connection if you are not signed into the JudgeMe app already. 2. Now that you are logged into JudgeMe, you should see the auth screen. This will show you what we need to run the integration. 3. Once you accept the authorisation popup, the window will close and you will be redirected back to the integrations home screen. That’s it, you can now create the Leave a JudgeMe review activity in your stamp program. If you require any help setting up this integration, feel free to get in touch with our support and they will be happy to help.

After the first sync, we will update customers as they change in our app so you have the latest information in Klaviyo. If you require any help setting up this integration, feel free to get in touch with our support and they will be happy to help. How we map data to Klaviyo We currently have four main data points that we send into Klaviyo. - Stamp balance - VIP tier id - VIP tier name - Customer state Stamp balance This is the most used for our customers, we send your customers current balance and this will update anytime in the program. VIP tier id and name We will send across their current VIP tier id and name so that you can target customers based on their level in your loyal program. Customer state Shopify will send us your customer’s member state i.e. if they are guest user or a customer that has created a account with you. They send this across as either enabled for a customer with an account or disabled which means they have only ever checked out as a guest and not created an account with you. We will show this same state so that is matches up with Shopify. Finally, we send Removed which is our state for when you decide to remove a customer from the program manually.
